Shipping & Dispatch Policy
Dispatch & Fulfillment Schedule
Weekday Cutoff: All orders placed before 1:00 PM Monday through Saturday are dispatched on the same business day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM on weekdays will be dispatched on the following working day.
Saturday Dispatch: We do process and dispatch orders on Saturdays! Orders placed on Saturday before our cutoff will go out the same day.
Sunday & Holidays: Sunday is our non-dispatch day. Additionally, all UK bank holidays, public holidays, and national holidays are considered non-dispatch days, with fulfillment resuming on the next business day.
Delivery Services & Transit Times
Couriers: We partner with Royal Mail and Evri to ensure safe and reliable delivery.
Next Day Delivery: All parcels are shipped via Next Day Delivery as standard, with the exception of out-of-area postcodes as defined by the respective shipping company. For those specific out-of-area locations, delivery may take 2 to 3 business days.
Liability & Limitations
Bamu Trading is not responsible for courier delays caused by extreme weather, public holiday backlogs, or incorrect delivery details entered at checkout. Please ensure your shipping information is correct before completing your order.
