Returns & Refunds Policy

At Bamu Trading, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

2. Eligibility & Item Condition

• To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received them.

• They must also be in their original packaging with all tags attached. This is especially important for our clothing, fabrics, and homeware collections.

• Due to hygiene standards, underwear and briefs are strictly non-returnable. Please verify your required size before completing your purchase.

3. Return Shipping

• Change of Mind: If the return is due to a change of mind, "no longer required," or incorrect sizing ordered, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

• Seller Faults or Errors: If the return is due to an incorrect product received, missing accessories, or a defective item, Bamu Trading will provide a pre-paid shipping label. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item at our facility, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 to 5 business days.
